Riello Boiler Servicing and Maintenance
Regular servicing keeps Riello burners and boilers running safely, efficiently and within emissions limits. Fuel/air ratios drift as components wear and as gas and air conditions change through the year. A proper service resets them. A quick clean and a flue reading does not.
Boiler Burner Services provide Riello servicing and planned preventative maintenance for commercial and industrial sites across London, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
What's Included in a Riello Burner Service
- Removal, inspection and cleaning of the combustion head
- Ignition electrode inspection, gap setting and replacement where needed
- Nozzle replacement, oil pump pressure check and filter change (RL and RLS oil and dual fuel models)
- Fan wheel, air intake and air damper cleaning and inspection
- Servomotor and electronic cam operation checks
- Gas train inspection, including filter, regulator and gas pressure switches
- Valve proving system test
- Air pressure switch test
- Flame detection test (UV cell or ionisation probe)
- Combustion analysis at low fire, high fire and across the modulation range, with adjustment to optimise the fuel/air ratio
- Flue and boiler connection checks
- Full service report and Gas Safety record
Riello Boiler Servicing (Condexa PRO, Tau N)
For Riello condensing boilers we also carry out:
- Heat exchanger inspection and cleaning
- Condensate trap and neutraliser cleaning
- Premix burner inspection
- Ignition and ionisation electrode checks
- Cascade and sequencing control checks on multi-boiler installations
- System pressure and expansion vessel checks
Dual Fuel Sites: We Test the Standby Fuel
On RLS dual fuel burners, the oil side often sits unused for months. That means the first time anyone discovers it doesn’t work is when the gas supply is interrupted. We test-fire and set up both fuels at every service, so your standby supply works when you need it.
