A Hoval UltraGas is built to run efficiently for many years, but only if it’s maintained properly. Heat exchanger fouling, condensate problems and drifting combustion all creep up gradually. By the time a fault shows up, the boiler has usually been wasting gas for months.

What's Included in a Hoval Boiler Service
- Burner removal, inspection and cleaning
- Heat exchanger inspection and cleaning on the gas side, using the correct method for TurboFer or aluFer heat exchangers
- Ignition and ionisation electrode inspection and replacement where needed
- Fan and gas valve checks
- Condensate siphon, drain and neutraliser cleaning
- Combustion analysis at minimum and maximum output, with adjustment
- Safety device and limit thermostat tests
- Review of the TopTronic E fault history and settings
- System pressure and expansion vessel checks
- System water quality checks, because poor water condition shortens the life of any condensing boiler’s heat exchanger
- Flue and air supply inspection
- Full service report and Gas Safety record
Double Boilers and Multi-Boiler Plant Rooms
On UltraGas double boilers and cascades, we also check sequencing, lead/lag rotation and BMS signals. That way the load is shared properly and no single module is doing all the work.
