When Commissioning Is Needed
- A new Hoval boiler installation
- Replacing old boilers with UltraGas 2
- Double boiler and cascade installations
- Recommissioning after major repairs to the burner, gas valve or controls
What Our Commissioning Covers
- Pre-commissioning checks on the gas installation, including gas purging and tightness testing where required
- Gas supply pressure verification under full load
- Checking that the high and low temperature returns are connected so the boiler condenses as designed
- Condensate drain and neutraliser checks
- Combustion set-up and analysis at minimum and maximum output
- Tests on all safety devices and limits
- TopTronic E configuration, including cascade sequencing and BMS interface settings
- Full commissioning documentation for warranty, insurance and compliance files
Working With Installers
