A Riello burner is only as efficient as its commissioning. If fuel/air curves, head settings or safety devices are set up badly on day one, you pay for it in wasted gas, nuisance lockouts and failed emissions checks for years afterwards.

When Commissioning Is Needed
- A new Riello burner or boiler installation
- A replacement burner on an existing boiler
- Major repairs affecting combustion, such as a combustion head, gas valve or cam controller replacement
- A fuel conversion, for example oil to gas
- A new Condexa PRO cascade or Tau N installation
What Our Commissioning Covers
- Pre-commissioning checks on the gas installation, including gas purging and tightness testing where required
- Gas supply pressure verification, including gas booster set-up where fitted
- Combustion head and air damper set-up to match the boiler’s firing rate
- Fuel/air curve set-up across the full modulation range on electronic cam models
- Variable speed drive set-up where fitted
- Setting up both fuels on RLS dual fuel burners
- Tests on all safety devices: flame detection, valve proving, and air and gas pressure switches
- Combustion analysis at each firing point, with results recorded
- Full commissioning documentation for warranty, insurance and compliance files
