Autoflame Servicing and Maintenance
An Autoflame system holds its commissioned fuel/air curve very precisely, but the burner and boiler around it still change over time. Regular servicing confirms that the curve still gives clean, efficient combustion and that every safety function works as it should.
Boiler Burner Services provide Autoflame certified servicing across London, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, usually alongside the burner service.
What's Included in an Autoflame Service
- Controller and display checks, plus a review of the fault and lockout history
- Combustion checks at multiple firing points using a calibrated portable analyser, compared with the commissioned values
- Adjustment of commissioning points where combustion has drifted
- Servomotor position and operation checks
- Flame scanner inspection and testing
- Valve proving and air proving tests
- EGA sampling line, probe and filter inspection, with a check of EGA readings against our portable analyser
- Water level control and blowdown tests on steam boilers
- Sequencing and BMS communication checks on multi-boiler plant
- Backup of commissioning data
- Full service report
Autoflame PPM Contracts
We combine Autoflame servicing with burner and boiler maintenance, so one visit covers the whole plant:
- Scheduled visits, annual or six-monthly
- Combustion analysis and adjustment on every visit
- Safety function testing and documentation
- Records for insurance, audit and emissions reporting
- Priority breakdown response between visits
